WHAT DID YOU SPEND $20 ON TODAY?

Every day, we spend $20 on all kinds of things,
but at the end of the day, how many of those things really matter?

At The Dream Center, $20 can mean the difference between life and death for an emancipated youth, a homeless family, or a teenager forced to sell her body on the street.

VICTORIA  DC ACADEMY

VICTORIA

DC ACADEMY

Victoria is from Sweden, the second oldest in a family of 8 children. Her parents did their best to provide for their family, but often their best simply wasn’t enough. They began searching for places to stay, among them local shelters, but finding someplace that would allow for the whole family was nearly impossible.

Finally, Victoria heard about The Dream Center. She found that was a place where they could come and live together. The kids were even able to attend school at DC Academy. Victoria and her family are thankful that The Dream Center is available to provide a place they can be restored while remaining together!

Hayley  Human Trafficking

When Hayley was 18, she met an older man online. Shortly after their first meeting, a relationship began between the two of them that would change Hayley’s life forever. This man was a pimp, and he was able to get her away from all of her family and friends. He forced her to go on dates, abusing her physically and mentally when she refused.

One day, when the man took her on a job, she ran. With nowhere to turn, Hayley remembered hearing about The Dream Center. She decided to make the call. When Hayley arrived, she was scared, tired, and hungry. She now has a safe place to stay, supportive staff, food, shelter, and Christ-centered counseling. She thanks God everyday for The Dream Center and everything they do.
